  • What is the Heineken® Flagship Cruise?

    The Heineken® Flagship Cruise tour starts at the Heineken Experience. After a 1.5hour self-guided tour, you will hop on our Flagship Cruise for a 1-hour canal cruise. During the cruise, your tour guide will tell you all about the highlights and hidden gems of the city. The canal cruise includes one drink (a beer from the Heineken® portfolio, water or a soft drink). You can purchase more drinks on board.

    You will depart at the canal in front of the Rijksmuseum and will be dropped off on the same spot. Please make sure to be here 15 minutes before your departure time. The Rijksmuseum is a 15-minute walk from the Heineken Experience, so we recommend 30 minutes between the end of your Heineken® tour and the start of your Heineken® Flagship Cruise.

  • Are there any drinks included with the Heineken® Flagship Cruise?

    You start the tour at the Heineken Experience, where you will enjoy your 1.5hour self-guided tour. This tour includes two Heineken® beers or soft drinks. During the 1-hour canal cruise, another drink is included (a beer from the Heineken® portfolio or a soft drink). On the boat, you will have the option to buy more drinks.

  • Can I purchase extra drinks onboard of the Heineken® Flagship Cruise?

    Yes, you can. On top of the one included drink, you’re able to purchase additional drinks during the entire duration of the cruise.

  • Where does the Heineken® Flagship Cruise depart from?

    The Heineken® Flagship Cruise will depart from Museumbrug 2, 10711XX Amsterdam. Please make sure to be there 15 minutes before your departure time. The Rijksmuseum is a 15-minute walk from the Heineken Experience, so we recommend 30 minutes between the end of your Heineken® tour and the start of your Heineken® Flagship Cruise.

  • What is the difference between the Heineken® Flagship Cruise and the Rock The City?

    Both tours start with a 1.5 h self-guided tour through the Heineken Experience, followed by a canal-cruise. Find below what both tours include afterwards:

    The Flagship Cruise:
    - a sloop boat that accommodate up to 30 people
    - the boat is an open boat in summer, and a closed boat in winter
    - a 60-minute canal cruise, covering the highlights of the city
    - the boat leaves at the canal across the Rijksmuseum (15-minute walk).

    The Rock the City:
    - a spacious open boat equipped for 50 people
    - a closed boat with an open roof in summer. Furthermore, there is an outer deck in the back.
    - a 45-minute canal cruise, covering the highlights of the city.
    - the boat leaves at the canal in front of the Heineken Experience (5-minute walk)
